My simcard was not delivered and the courier website says it was, checked the cameras and noticed the courier is lying. The sim was never delivered at the time and date of the delivery. What do I do?
THis is obviously a scam and the courier is not responding. They say order another one. I can see this has been happening to many people.

Maybe Fizz should change couriers. There seems to be a new complaints almost daily from someone not getting their deliveries.4

I can see that you've already been in contact with one of my colleagues by chat. Unfortunately, because you do not want to order another SIM card, your refund was forwarded towards our Financial team, so they can validate the refund on your credit card.
