Reschedule installations

Hi,
The technician came to install the internet but he said that the he couldnt do it because of the snow. Told me to reschedule. Now, whenever I try to reschedule I am told that I already have internet at my location and cannot reschedule. Im not sure what to do at this point?? I dont understand how snow is a problem?? And why cant i reschedule??

You will have to contact Fizz to reschedule the installation. Facebook Messenger or help chat.5

That's odd, if possible it's better to fix the rescheduled time when you receive the call they cancel the schedule.5
