Reschedule installations

Hi,
The technician came to install the internet but he said that the he couldnt do it because of the snow. Told me to reschedule. Now, whenever I try to reschedule I am told that I already have internet at my location and cannot reschedule. Im not sure what to do at this point?? I dont understand how snow is a problem?? And why cant i reschedule??

    You can chat or use facebook messenger or use contact form (in my profile) and reschedule.

    If you have modem already, connect it and see. If not working, chat with Fizz and reschedule.
