Why can i send and receive texts but not photos?

Everything that was required for me to do in my network settings was completed. I can now send and receive texts and yet for some reason i can not send not receive photos. Why?

If you did configure APN parameters and you still have issues with MMS then you should contact Fizz via chat by opening a help page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
Wait for 15 seconds and you'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right
