Update Fizz Voicemail

Can Fizz please update the Fizz voicemail option. Accessing the voicemail is very tedious and should be quick and easy. It is just very annoying to hear back the # and extra information before receiving the voicemail message. Hope you guys can edit your voicemail system and make them more reliable.
Anyone feel the same way about the Fizz Voicemail?

I agree ,with Fido I was just doing my password + 1 to get to my message.

I totally agree with you on this one. It really takes forever to actually get to listen to your message. Most of the time I prefer calling back.
