How to activate sim card replacement?

Hi!
I do not have the option "My plans - Manage - Change SIM card".
Only have these (3) options "Wallet", "Change this phone number", and "Adjust Plan"

Seems like a bug... I can see it in My plan. You'll have to contact customer service.3
