Make sure the MSS and your LTE is activated . Normaly, you should be able to send it. I don't got the chance to try it so maybe it's a bug.

    Reboot your phone (hard reset).
Desactivate iMessage (if you have an iPhone).

Have you configured APN paramters https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn.
If you did then you should chat with Fizz.

You need mobile data turned on in order to send picture.

In order to send an MMS message, you must have your APN setting's configured and mobile data turned on.
The same thing goes to receive MMS messages.
If the problem keeps occurring, I recommend you contact fizz via the bubble chat in the solution hub.

    1. Make sure your plan includes mobile data (My plans).
    2. Some files may require an application or hardware/software specifications, such as the Flash module, to be able to display certain content.
    3. Determine if this is an issue affecting one or many users.
    4. Delete all text message threads. Then try sending and receiving messages again.
    5. If you have access to a phone that is compatible with the Fizz mobile network, insert your Fizz SIM card into this phone and see if it is possible to access the internet. This will tell you if your phone is the source of the problem.
