Yes , you can either use a US ADD-ON with data and/or call time or switch to US-CAN-QUEBEC plan or use pay as you go.

Fizz roaming in the US seems pricey, so you can check buying a SIM card from roam mobility (10$) and buying a plan (starts at 5$ per day).

You will be able to use your phone in the US, provided you have Canada+US service, or you could purchase an add-on for US calling or use the Pay As You Go option.
