Yes that's right. My friend got same error when she did last night. She didn't contact me after, so I guess is back to normal after.0

Like the Fizz Team says, there must have been a problem on the network. I also had problems when trying to add a payment method on my account and what worked was just being patient and trying again later. I'm afraid I can't help you more than that.0
