Unable to receive text messages?

Hello,
I have been unable to receive text messages (SMS) from friends and family for a while. I have already contacted technical support and they gave me a ticket number (13370).
Is there anything else I can try?

1. Check your APN setting.
2. Try to robbot your phone with the SIM in it and without and in again.
3. re contact Fizz to see where your ticket is ( if you got any avancement).

Wait, they'll sort it out. Looks like the phone provision problem.

Wait for them to check the status of your account , probably a error in the setup of your plan to include SMS.

Update the os of your phone to the latest version and update Apn settings as recommended by Marc-André.

Louise is right. If you're using iphone,it's probably the problem. latest is 12.1.4 .
