    No but you would still need minutes to make the call. Emergency services will always work though.

    It's free if your plan has call minutes. It will cost your minutes if you're on pay as you go (use addon or use wallet).

    Air time is always charged even for your voice mail .

    Hi Jasmine,
    If the number that starts with 1 800 is a free number the call will be possible only if your plan includes minutes or and add-on for minutes. If the number has fees you will be charged from the wallet but if the wallet has no founds the call will not be possible.
