There is Fizz bug. If you had money in Wallet then you should contact Fizz.
Otherwise just ignore it.

Unless you have used all your USA roaming add on.

I do have balance in wallet and Fizz took it all. Is there a way to contact Fizz (phone number?) other than post question here?

You can contact Fizz via "chat" by open a help page like this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
