Data rollover to new plan without data?

I had hardly used my 2GB data last month so changed my plan for the next month to have no data, thinking I'll get the rollover data.
But I lost all data in the new month ?? Where's my rollover?

If you look at number 3 in the link, you should be able to keep them, so try contacting customer support.
