Can data upgrade be roll out to next month?

I got email which said I got 0.24g roll over. I only have 250m upgrade , which can’t be roll over. How come I got this email.
If I have 250m upgrade and only used 50m, will the 200m move to next month. From my understanding it shouldn’t.
This email doesn’t make sense.

Most likely a glitch, you should contact fizz through facebook messenger they respond within 12 hours now4

Interesting. Could be a glitch in the automatic emails sent out, but let us know if if actually does roll over.5

There is nothing in this help saying that Upgrade data can not be rolled over
