Click "my plans", then "manage plan" ,, account number in on top of page., Just under your phone number

Hello Saeid,
In order to port out from Fizz and keep your number, you need to keep your account activated and let the other carrier take care of closing the account for you. You can port out with your account number or your phone IMEI.
