Why am i getting texts a day later?

My texting service has been fine up until now, but for the past few days I'm only receiving other people's texts at least half a day later if not a full day. They also come out of order. I'm in ottawa and have an android (samsung galaxy s7).

Hello,
I am in the same situatio with both of my plans.
This looks global.
MMS + SMS not working sometime.
Not able to send SMS (Delivery error).
Not receiving SMS for two factor authentication is very bad hehe.

I also received an SMS after several days (It was sent around 6am on Jan 24th and I only received it overnight last night).

I think it's part of an ongoing known issue. Hope it gets fixed soon.
