I have a phone that doesn't work on the LTE B4 AWS. Will my phone work at least 3G?

I have a phone that doesn't work on the LTE B4, but it works on LTE B7 and WCDMA:B1/2/5/8.
Will my phone work at least 3G? If it has the following frequencies:
GSM:B2/3/5/8
CDMA 1X/EVDO:BC0
WCDMA:B1/2/5/8
TD-SCDMA:B34/39
TDD-LTE:B34/38/39/40/41(100MHz)
FDD-LTE:B1/3/5/7/8
I read the page (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices) and I can't believe that only one frequency is available.

Pretty sure this phone will not work on Fizz.
But to double check, what is the phone brand and model?

For a phone that only allows 3G or HSPA preferred:
Calls and / or mobile data: The phone must support the 1700/2100 MHz frequency (also called AWS)8 -
You need WCDMA band 4 for 3G to work, so no it doesn't look like you would get anything other than Fizz Ext. I do think there are some areas where the LTE isn't on band 4, but without VoLTE as an option yet (I think) you would be looking at data service only, no calls. Again, Fizz Ext should work fine. But unless you are going to change phones within 3 months Fizz wouldn't be a very good fit for you.9
