My sim card says its delivered but no where to be found help?

maybe they sent it to the wrong house
some people have mentioned that their neighbor received their sim card so try that
I f not try contacting fizz directly2 -
If you live in the app/condo building you should verify at the building front door.
If not found then you shoud contact Fizz2 -
You can contact Fizz during bussiness hours (https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us) via
chat using one of the help page for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues.
You need to wait about 15 seconds in order for the bulble chat to appear at the bottom right corner of the page.2 -
