Not getting notification for voicemail?

Not receiving notification that I have a new voicemail. I have to call my voicemail every day to make sure I didn't miss a call. This works on any other carrier, why does it not work with Fizz?
Normally you would receive a SMS saying : " You have a new voice mail from received at on "3
Did you verify to see if you can receive sms ( you should normally ) ?3
I do receive regular SMS from people. But no SMS for voicemail.3

I just tried and it works. You may want to disable some extensions on your browser if any.
