In November, when I signed up with this company I picked my plan without any data but after a couple of days I had my plan changed to included data, it was said this change will be applied to the next bill period but It never applied. I have been trying to change it again, but do not let me. When I go to "adjust plan -change plan" options there is this message that appears in red "
Several changes were made to your plan; these changes must be processed. Please come back later to make another change." It's been almost 3 weeks that I have been trying to change it and the same message appears. I need some help, thanks.

You will need to contact customer support. Sounds like a technical issue that they can only fix.4

I saw similar “invalid billing cycle”, contacted support and they resolved it.1

I can see that a change plan request has been effective since 24/01/2019, with data included.
Can you please confirm if everything is ok?
