Can an existing land line telephone number from Bell be transferred to my Fizz mobile account?

Some landline numbers cannot be ported, primarily ones allocated to rural areas where the infrastructure hasn't been upgraded in a long time and numbers are more permanently fixed to a particular part of the network, but most can. So as long as you are trying to port a number from an area with relatively current technology in place it won't be a problem.6

Impossible for landlines and VoIP numbers.
It does not say so on the English side of the Website.

You can NOT port IN a land line or a VoIP number to Fizz at the moment. It has to be a cellular number from the province of Québec or the greater Ottawa region. It's in the French side of the Website help section but not in the English side.
