Why doesn't tthe Reactivate page work?

Your Help page tels me to go to https://fizz.ca/reactivate to reactive my account but the page gives me a 404 error.
Same thing with the URL in french.
Please fix this I want to reactivate my service which has been down for a week.

Hello David,
In order to reactivate your plan go to your account and click on "Reactivate" button. I've just tried on my end and I can confirm you that it is working.
