Contact customer service directly via the chat bubble found on the lower right of the screen when you go to the solution hub and wait on a page 10-15 seconds. Make sure your ad/pop up blocker is disactivated. The customer service reps do sometimes read the questions here, but the chat bubble is a more reliable way to contact them.6

Just pay $5 to get a new one, while waiting for the old one. When it arrived. Contact Fizz and say you will delcine, get $5 back after. It's $5 only and you've been waiting 2 weeks, you can ask them give it to you free as well.3
