I had applied for two SIM cards, but I received a package today, which just contained one SIM card.

SIM cards are processed separately, so there's a slight chance that you might receive cards on different days even if you ordered them at the same time. In any case, a quick chat with Fizz will help sort it out.4

It's not right. I ordered 5 and get 5 in same envelope. Ask Fizz by "my profile" --> "Contact us".3
