Changed my plan but it renewed to the old plan. What to do?

Hey! I decided to lower the amount of data on my plan on December 22nd for a renewal on January 2nd. Got a confirmation email and everything but then the payment went through today and I got charged for the old amount and it also says I’m on my old plan on the fizz website.
Did this happen to anybody else? How did you get it fixed?
Tried contacting Fizz through messenger but... yeah.
