I cannot cancel my account, went to manage plan but the "unsubscribe" button does not exit

Since Fizz is a new company, they probably didn’t program this into the my account page so I would just contact them to unsubscribe your plan. If that doesn’t work or they refuse (which I doubt they will), file a complaint to the CCTS and they will resolve your issue.0
