After 3 days of my plan issue, the support didn't found my plan....
are you serious ??? I received my contrat and Fizz team dont know what his business doing???
Fizz seems to be a scam.

Not a scam, just full of bugs and with customer service which is outsourced and not able to do much more than very basic troubleshooting.
