No-reply Customer Support Email
So I successfully submitted a complaint, was assigned a ticket, and got a response from an agent, who asked a question I must answer. However, the email the agent responded from was a no-reply address, so my reply obviously bounced. Anyone else run into this problem, and if so what did you do? Should I resubmit the complaint? I'm kind of confused that they responded so quickly but made it impossible for me to reply...
