Not a solution to your problem, but just as a data point, I’ve been able to send/receive SMS/MMS while in Fizz EXT coverage (Toronto)8

If it's never working, it's a porting problem. if it was working and suddenly not working, contact Fizz by Facebook messenger.7

I have the exact same issue...since i ported my number it was working fine...until the afternoon of Dec 24....I can send messages, but can't receive them...7
