I changed my plan and new billing cycle started but the data upgrade is not showing?

I had the 250mb upgrade installed but when I look at my usage it doesn't show anymore.

I don't know about upgrades, but when I added a data perk, it showed up right away. Do you have data as part of your plan? I think you need a plan with data to be able to add a data upgrade.14

When I added the upgrade it showed right away. Same thing for the perk.15

yes I have a plan with data, I added the upgrade on the last billing cycle and it was there. Now I changed the data plan to another size and when the new billing cycle started (2 days ago) the upgrade is not showing on the see usage section ...12

Me 2. Added 250m upgrade, can't see any usage since beginning. It's other line with beta with beta plan.5

It should show up right away if you apply the upgrade to one of the 3 (unlocked) blocks you have access to. If it disappeared, it's obviously some sort of bug. Did you try contacting Fizz?5
