FIZZ_EXT voicemail - all numbers we try to enter fails. anyone else experiencing this?

"Welcome to fizz voicemail. for English press... you are calling from an unknown number, please enter your full phone number..." we do and then, "please enter in the correct format" ... - we try many times until "you have exceeded the number of tries, please call again".

Is this a ported phone number ? If it is then maybe the transfer is not 100% compeleted
