Missing information?

I purchased a plan and my phone is working(have reception etc). When I log in to my account however I see almost nothing. I can't change my account, view usage, can't see anything about travel, addons. Is anyone having the same issue? On top of that it asks me to activate my sim card, but it's been activated considering I'm using the phone right now. Any suggestions?

You can try clearing your cache, and login again, you should see an overview when you first login. Then you can click on plans > manage to see more options12

If you just activated your sim it may take a while until everything is in place.12

I activated yesterday. Hope that's the reason. Otherwise I tried different browsers and cleared cache. Same thing.10

You’ll get an email with the terms of service once your account is fully activated. You should get full access to the system after that.7

I had the same issue. I got an email a few days later saying my account is "fully activated" whatever that meant. I had to message Fizz and get them to reset my administrative privileges because it was impossible to modify anything as you're currently experiencing.6

What's the fastest way to contact fizz? I see when I can contact them but I don't even see any way to do it, either chat or email.4
