Were you using Fizz network or Fizz Ext network when the phone were working ?11

I had a plan with Videotron and the phone was working it is compatible. the same with Fizz it was working this problem appeared these two days I know it is compatible if not it would not work in past now becomes a month with fizz i have no problem just these two days10

Since you activated a month ago and it just stopped working 2 days ago, can you check if the payment was successfully taken?
If not, I suggest you contact Fizz support by either doing one of these 3 methods:
going to my Profile -> Contact forms -> Submit a complaint.
or you can also go on this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us and wait for the chat bubble to appear .You need to be logged in and be within their business hours which are Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST, weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
