Voicemail, answering service, pin, temporary pin, setup sms?

Iv'e seen quite a few users having issues with voicemail pin, either they didn't get the initial setup sms with temporary pin, or their pin mysteriously doesn't work anymore, or they never had a pin and now it's asking for one...
I'm curious to know if anyone had their voicemail issues solved.
and if fizz actually watches the community hub, ask them to add a feature in the manage account section >> "reset voicemail pin"

It seems that for now they have bigger issues than that: dropped calls,internet ,mms ,outages ,only to mention a couple of them.I'm sure that at some point they will fix the voicemail pin issue but it will take some time.Since were talking about it I wonder why do we need a pin in the first place when we're using our own phones to check the voicemail?

because if you know the person's phone number, you can access their voicemails without a pin.

I've been with Bell,Chatr,Kodoo,Public and I never had to use a pin while calling from My phone.

you don't have to use a pin, but it's not secure. if you call 514 647-0999, you'll be greeted with welcome to fizz voicemail, please enter your phone number. if you enter a fizz user's number and they don't have a pin set. you'll have access to their voicemail.

That's such a dangerous security flaw. I can't believe it is even permitted to have no pin.

Hello Andrei,
You can disable the PIN of the voicemail, for that press 3 to Manage your settings, 1 to set your authentification mode and 1 to Enable/Disable PIN.
