My phone has no longer access to mobile and data network since last Sunday morning.
I hadn't changed anything in my phone configuration and have consulted Fizz online documentation. I restarted the phone several times, deleted and reconfigured the APN to no avail.
I need my phone to call a taxi to catch a flight next night.

I tried Fizz chat at least a dozen times but got no chat box (my browsers have no addons, no blocking parameters)
I also filled a contact form. I received an off-the-mark-answer from Fizz customer support.
As for Facebook, thanks but no thanks.1 -

I really am sorry for all these issues that you encounter.
I just checked the ticket that has been opened for you and I added some notes, to clarify with the technical team. As soon as we have an update, we'll let you know.
I also created another ticket for the fact that you don't have the possibility to reactivate the plan, on your account. You should be able to do it, because your number goes into aging period for 60 days.
I'll take care myself of your case and, as soon as I have an update, I'll notify you via email. Again, really sorry for these situations!
