This is a known issue, if you are connected to FizzExt, sometimes restarting your phone might fix this issue, if not contact Fizz, but this issue hasn't been resolved for certain users yet..

Same problem!!! I am very disappointed about Fizz. The phone calling is not working properly, my data is not available and there is no sign of improvement - what can I do, who is supposed to take care of all the issues and when?
