Long distance min to Israel. Is cellphone calling included?

I would like to purchase the long distance plan to Israel. Does anyone know if it includes calling to a cellphone or only home lines?

It includes only from Cell phone using Fizz sim card

They don't mention anything on the website about this so I think it's safe to assume you can call on cellphone and landlines too.

Very careful, confirmed by others that it DOES NOT work to Europe so you would be lucky if it works for you. Ticked opened, no solutions

If you add the long distance calls on your account, you can call both to cellphones and landlines too.
