I’m thinking about switching to Fizz, I only have 1 question about how to temporarily pause the service when I leave, and then activate it when I come back to Canada.

    There's a trick where you can temporarily suspend your service by declaring your phone stolen using this link: https://fizz.ca/lost-stolen-mobile-form . After you decide to come back, use the same link to reactivate your service.

    Hi Yilan,
    Fizz doesn't propose the possibility to suspend your plan while you're out of Canada and then comming back, I really am sorry.
