How to reset voicemail PIN?

Voicemail is asking for a PIN even though it was never setup. I tried 1234, year of birth and the last 4 digit of my phone number. Is there a default PIN I don't know about? If not, how do I reset it?

There is no default PIN. You should contact Fizz through your account, or on Facebook.

Hi, usually they send you the temporary pin in a text message to you. Unfortunately there is no way other then contacting Fizz support either through Facebook Messenger or by this link https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us . These are unfortunately the only ways to get it reset as of the moment

The bubble thing doesn't show.
I tried contacting fizz on Facebook and got this automatic reply: Certain Fizz members experienced instabilities with their mobile services yesterday, December 7th 2018.

I guess Fizz has not been on Facebook since Saturday.
