I have problem to transfer my number from rogers to fizz since last night?
I have problem to transfer my number from rogers to fizz because I've given the wrong number of IMEI, but fizz doesn't let me try one more time. Instead, I've received a mail asking me to finish the activation, but without any other choice. How can I speaker with person from FIZZ? Or How can I chat with them? It's really annoying to not giving the customer a second solution.

it took me a week to sort out my porting issues. Its frustrating.
But you can chat with them. There are threads here to get to the chat bubble. But its a LONG wait.

You can contact them via different methods:
-Posting here and waiting for a response
-Using the live chat system (make sure you're logged in with all adblockers disabled)
-Messaging them on Facebook
-Going to "My Profile" then selecting "Contact Forms".
