I have problem to transfer my number from rogers to fizz since last night?

I have problem to transfer my number from rogers to fizz because I've given the wrong number of IMEI, but fizz doesn't let me try one more time. Instead, I've received a mail asking me to finish the activation, but without any other choice. How can I speaker with person from FIZZ? Or How can I chat with them? It's really annoying to not giving the customer a second solution.
