Suggestion for new support channel ~ Text Fizz

Might I suggest that there should be an option to text Fizz, This would be especially useful for those without a data plan. I think it would be handy to be able to text a Fizz employee at a standard number (example 611) to get answers to problems and questions as it is not always convenient to have to find wifi or use a computer to chat with them online on Facebook and the support forums. I would like to get your opinion on this @Whizz.

That's a pretty great idea. Not much different from a chat button. It could be automated at least in part using a chat-bot.7

But I still agree with your idea, more ways of communicating are better than less. Plus people would find it less confusing to have something always at their finger tips (texting) vs something that disappears and you have to jump through hoops to get (chat button).7 -
@J.S. While contact forums are ok you are still relying on an Internet connection. Having the ability to text in my opinion is much more acceptable as even with a weak network connection (example travelling in a remote area) or being on a plan without data you would still have an easily accessible option to contact them. I also agree that the more support channels the better8
