Yes as long as you do not change your plan, you may conserve this rate as long as you pay for your service.

That's my understanding, ass long as you don't change plans. These things are, however, always subject to change if read through the fine print but they rarely do it.

Yes, if you activate on one of our introductory rate, you get to keep the plan/price forever as mentioned on our website "To thank you for your first-hand support, the introductory price of your plan will remain into effect for as long as you keep it. Make sure, however, not to change your plan, or else regular prices will apply."
