My Upgrades not working

I've been trying to add the 250mb upgrade that I got when I joined to my account since yesterday. I see an animation on the menu where I assume the upgrade would go, but nothing happens after that. I wonder if others are seeing the same thing.

I had the same error. Give it two days then try again if your profile is new, it will let you claim the upgrade.

Make sure you do a hard refresh on the browser and also disable any ad-blockers that you might have installed.

It took me a few hours. But make sure you turn your ad-blocker off. And also try a hard refresh in your browser Cmd+Shift+R on a mac in Chrome.

I managed to get it to work. I tried it to add it a few times very quickly on a computer. It might have been just luck.
