If I get a monthly plan, are incoming calls free, or am I charged for minutes used?

You are charged for minutes used. Only incoming SMS is free.
0.25/minute in your coverage area, long-distance roaming fees are extra

Incoming calls are included when adding unlimited minuted to your plan and you''re in your coverage area. If you didn't choose a voice add-on you can add money to your wallet and be charged PPU.
