Make sure that any pop-up blocker are deactivated!!!!

It would be nice to have pop-blocker a warning when you first get on the website.
A lot of users are having trouble only because of pop-up blockers!

I agree, it is important to disable the pop up blocker if you want to have access to their green chat bubble on the bottom of your screen. Hopefully they will find an agreement with adBlock to have this unblocked since it is not advertisement.7

uBlock origin is another ad-blocker that will cause issues. You will want to whitelist fizz.ca on it.8
