Account not billed. Why ?

I am kinda lost and I have no idea how to contact Fizz. So my billing date was yesterday. My card was not charged which resulted me not having access to calling or sending SMS-es. I can just use data (no idea why).
How can I contact the support or if anyone has experienced similar problems, how to resolve it ?

It reached them through chat and they could fix my issue quite quickly.8 -

Danton is correct, you might also check if your card may of been blocked by your bank for any reason and check with your bank first, Another article to possibly verify is https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue.
So maybe your bank blocked the card as they attempted to charge it a few times, Anyhow, you may also reach fizz via facebook messenger if you dont see the bubble but they do reply within a few hours.

I have heard of this happening to enough other people that it may be a bug with some particular card or bank or something. You can contact them from your customer profile. Choose my profile, then contact forms.9
