For this particular question, you need to contact Fizz directly:
- Chat(=bubble) on your a/c page (most people don't see it this days);
- "Contact Forms" inside your account;
- Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/; or
- Facebook Messenger.

I think that the normal procedure for SIM not delivered is:
- u contact Fizz to get tracking# of your SIM pacel,
- then contact the transport company (DICOM) to enquire about your problem shipment:
https://www.dicom.com/en/freight/tracking
- then follow up with . . . . . . . .
