Contact Form is down now as well as the chat?

Chat has been down for a while.

I started a Contact form with an issue and got a response.

I wanted to make a followup but chat is still down and now the followup Contact Form is down as well.

Only other way to contact support is through Facebook which I don't have an account.

What good is a beta program when we cannot contact support?

However, on Facebook they repeat tht the chat is still up and going...

Try this last resort option to contact Fizz CustomerSupport:
Login to your Fizz Account - Click on the left panel «My Plans» - Click on the green bubble «Manage my Plans» - Click on «Unsubscribe» - It will take you to a new page with the Chat Bubble appearing on the lower right corner.
I managed to talk to a representative last night, but no solution was provided. All they could do was to bring forth a ticket to signal my problem.
