911 fee and taxes in Ontario?

I'm in Quebec, there is a $0.46 911-fee, +5%GST, +9.975QST.  I'm wondering if there is a 911-fee in Ontario and what is the tax rate.

I've been lucky to catch the Chat bubble.  Answer is - it is the same $0.46/month for Ontario (Beta in Ottawa only).  Found online - Ontario 13% HST.  Sharing info if anyone else is curious.  Nice day!
