Hey Baptiste,
Yes, the calls and data usage is shown in real time or literally seconds after.
I checked this by calling internationally and my downloading a movie from Netflix.
Both were recorded precisely once I had finished.
Note my texts and national calls are unlimited so I could not check these and had to pick the two I did above.
I guess it's linked directly in the real time billing system.
