Making calls outside of Quebec when on a Quebec plan?

I have a Quebec plan and am in Toronto now.
I cannot do a add-on for calls.
Do I have to add money to my wallet?

Hey Baptiste,

Yep I guess if you are on a Quebec plan you'll need to add cash to your wallet and pay as you go in that way.

Taking a look there and when you change your plan to say adding Canada calling it'll do just that, change your monthly plan.

Follow the instructions Fizz Team provided above. But by all means, do not change your plan if this is just a short trip. Changing your plan will only be into effect starting next billing cycle, therefore, you will continue with your Quebec plan in the short run and it'll not fix your current problem.
You simply need to add money and pay as you go or buy an add-on with extra minutes.

Yep Queen C added that key info. If you request a plan change, it'll come at the end of the current billing month.
To make calls right now, in an area not in your plan, you'll add funds to your wallet and pay by the minute.
